  • This is a brand new group we are so thrilled to bring to our church. This will be an 8 week course, details to be explained on Monday, January 8th, 2018 right here at church. We'll meet on Mondays from 6-8 PM for traditional classroom teachings touching on topics such as nutrition, Strength & Conditioning training, goal setting, meal prep, and spiritual & emotional growth. This program will also include Strength and Conditioning training 4 times a week (optional: T, W, Th, Sa). All educational and physical training are wrapped around our main purpose of improving our overall fitness SO THAT we can better serve and full fill our Matthew 25 mission here at Vision. Email us at
